Texas Speed and Performance 3 inch fully stainless steel catted x-pipe for 2009-14 CTS-V headers for the sedan, coupe, and wagon's. This x-pipe is to be used with our TSP long-tube headers only. Can be made to fit with factory exhaust manifolds with custom fabrication. This x-pipe system will bolt to the factory mufflers as well. These catalytic converters are NOT designed to pass emissions testing.
