The RIPP Refresh Pack is the definitive ignition system upgrade for the 2007-2011 Jeep Wrangler JK equipped with the 3.8L V6 Engine. The Refresh Pack features our distinct Performance Coil Pack which provides 15% more power at low RPM when your Jeep needs it most and 10% more power all the way at redline. RIPP Performance Spark Plug Wires, and NGK V-Power Spark Plugs. Each part of this package has been put together to not only replace the old and worn out OEM products but to gain horsepower and that ever so important reliability needed when out on the trail.
Our coil pack is engineered from the ground up with higher quality materials, and increased amount of windings (turn ratio) in the primary and secondary winding. This provides a boost in millijoule power output, and this results in an increase in spark energy. With a stronger spark, cylinder flame speed is increased and thus adding up to an additional 10whp on the 3.8L engine. With this increased power output, you can expect a more responsive throttle input and a better driving experience overall.
RIPP Spark plug wires are designed with a wound, steel core. Unlike the cheap OEM or replacement units that use a graphite core. Our multi level insolated casing and 7.8mm protective silicone housing makes this wire compatible with stock wire holders and still deliver maximum ohm resistance.
