The PERRIN Top Feed Fuel rails are designed to deliver large amounts of fuel equally to each cylinder. Consumers running big horsepower that require large injectors will notice the car runs smoother and is more powerful and tuners can safely push the engine closer to the edge.
CONSTRUCTION
The PERRIN fuel rails and distribution block are precision CNC machined from 6061 billet aluminum. The fuel hose, barb fittings are a machined piece of each rail eliminating possible fuel leaks.
FINISH
PERRIN fuel rails are anodized with a black finish. Our fuel hose features a logo-ed, black silicone, heat shield cover, dressing up any engine bay.
EQUAL LENGTH
PERRIN High flow fuel rails split incoming fuel evenly for equal fuel distribution, pressure and consistent Air Fuel Ratio between all cylinders. The stock fuel rails route the fuel through the engine bay sequentially providing each injector with fuel. In modified Subarus, this drastically under fueling the last injector in line.
HOSE
PERRIN fuel rails feature 3/8”ID diameter fuel hose which acts as a pressure dampener and transferring fuel at a high rate then competitive systems. PERRIN hose is a DOT approved, rubber fuel injection hose with proper liners for ZERO evaporative emissions. The hose is large enough to support 800WHP. Constructed of rubber helps dampen the fuel against pressure waves and in turn creates a smoother more constant fuel pressure.
PYROSHIELD
PERRIN Pyroshield is a heat insulating hose cover used on race cars across the world. The outer silicone cover protects the inner hose from fire, and from extreme heat. A fiberglass inner liner provides another layer of continued protection to 500 degrees. PERRIN PYROSHIELD protects against the extreme heat from the engine bay keeping fuel cooler and preventing the possibility of fuel vaporizing in the fuel lines.
OETIKER CLAMPS
PERRIN high flow fuel rails use superior Oetiker crimping clamps. Oetiker clamps have a more secure fit since there are no gaps in the seal and will not loosen up over time like traditional worm drive clamps. They are much easier to install with one squeeze of the Oetiker crimping tool.
PHENOLIC RISERS
All PERRIN high flow fuel rails come with built-in Phenolic risers. The risers fit between the fuel rail and the engine, insulating the the fuel rails from the heat in the engine heads. This keeps fuel at it's normal ambient temperature. In contrast, without these spacers you can see fuel temps rise to more than 30 degrees above ambient.
