This is an ATI / Procharger P-1SC-1 Air-to-Air Intercooled Supercharger HO System with for the 2020-2025 GM 2500HD/3500HD Trucks with 6.6L, engines which will get you 7-9 psi and a 45-50%+ horsepower gain! Bolt-on up to 150 RWHP to a stock system with just 7-9 psi!

We say “bolt-on” a lot, but what does it mean? Well, it means that as long as you have common hand tools and a free day on the weekend…you can take everything we send you in a box and “bolt it onto” your truck. Even the PCM tuning is included and doesn’t require you to fire up any laptops or use any handheld devices. Simply send your PCM to us and we’ll flash it and overnight it back to you. Yup, if that sounds too good to be true…it isn’t. When ProCharger engineers designed this system, they wanted to make it as DIY friendly as possible. Meaning, there is no cutting, bending, or tweaking of any sort being done to the truck. In fact, the entire system can be removed if you are ever trading in the truck or selling it.

When it comes to forced induction, we all know that pressure = heat. With these modern 6.6L motors having high compression they are very picky about the temperature of the air they ingest. Thus why the ProCharger engineering department mounted a massive air-to-air intercooler in the front grill, just like the OEMs do. Why air to air? Because there are no moving parts, pumps, or wiring to fail over time. The air-to-air heat exchanger works just as your A/C system does, by using the moving airflow (or factory fan) to pull air across the core, to drop the charge temperature back down to ambient. Simple and effective, nothing better than that.
