This is a Garage Sale Accufab 2.25" Bore 4-Barrel 5500 Polished Throttle Body. There are no returns on garage sale items. The pictures show the best we could show of any damage or issues. Aside from that this throttle body is in great shape and we could not find any other issues. The throttle body has a cosmetic chip as shown in the photo this does not affect the performance the of the throttle body.
Accufab developed the Four Barrel 5500 high flow throttle body to replace the 4500 for racing applications. Flow ratings are slightly more than the 4500 but less than the 6500. It is completely compatible with any 4500 style intake manifold and is a direct bolt-on, and like all of Accufab's Four Barrel throttle bodies, it features progressive linkage, making it usable as a street/strip unit for any big cubic inch engine.
Better Air Flow for More Power. The Accufab 5500 series 4-barrel throttle body uses 2.25 inch bores and flows 2,290 CFM at 28-inches.
