Blue silicone hoses connect the tubing to the throttle body, mass air meter and to the air filter on 1988-1993 Mustangs equipped with MAF sensors. 1986-1988 speed density Mustangs will require an adapter kit for installation, BBK-1558.

Installation of this Mustang cold air intake is as simple as it gets and normally takes under an hour. The assembly does not require special tools or any additional hardware.
