BBK Performance full length headers are made from 1-3/4" CNC mandrel bent 16 gauge tubing with 3/8" thick die-stamped exhaust flanges to prevent heat distortion. The full length primary tube design creates unrestricted exhaust flow for ultimate horsepower gains. These headers are pressure tested to ensure leak free performance. Our high heat ceramic finish will withstand high exhaust temperatures and unlike header wraps and traditional heat paint does not hold damaging heat and moisture around the part. Rather, the surface temperatures are reduced extending the life of the part. This BBK ceramic finish will keep its good looks and last a lot longer than traditional cheaper nickel finishes.

These full length headers are designed as a direct bolt on with use of a BBK Performance short catted mid Y pipe part# 19471. Kit includes new gaskets and hardware. These BBK F150 Long Tube Headers do NOT require O2 wire harness extensions for installation – The OEM harness will reach the new O2 locations.
