Ford F-150 1997-2003 4.6L/5.4L BBK Performance Titanium Ceramic Long Tube Headers 1-5/8"

Improve the power and sound from your 1997-2003 F150 4.6L or 5.4L V8 with these titanium ceramic BBK Performance full length long tube exhaust headers. BBK Performance exhaust headers will increase your exhaust flow giving you additional horsepower and torque to the rear wheels. They will also give your modular V8 powered F-150 a throaty exhaust note.

ALL BBK F150 exhaust headers are manufactured with 1-5/8" CNC mandrel bent primary tubing along with 3/8" thick laser cut header flanges to prevent heat distortion. The large diameter primary tube design creates unrestricted airflow for major horsepower gains. These headers are pressure tested at the factory to ensure leak free performance.

Instructions:
When Installing these headers a BBK Y pipe / mid pipe part #35301 MUST be used to complete the installation to the cat back exhaust system. Kit includes new gaskets and hardware.
