The Edelbrock #60065 Performer RPM cylinder head is designed for use with 390-427-428 Ford applications. Edelbrock Performer RPM head is perfect for street performance, daily drivers, street rods and muscle cars where seat-of-the-pants performance is needed. This cylinder head delivers great throttle response and power from 1500 to 6500 rpm. They also feature the highest quality intake and exhaust valves and valve springs. For use on pre-pollution controlled vehicles only. The Edelbrock Performer RPM aluminum cylinder heads are equipped with threaded inserts in the rocker studs and exhaust manifold bolt holes, enhancing their strength and durability. Additionally, they come with hardened seats, bronze valve guides, and meticulously machined valve cover rails to ensure a reliable gasket seal. These heads deliver enhanced power across the RPM range, resulting in improved throttle response and increased top-end horsepower.

Note: Valve springs are recommended for hydraulic roller style camshafts. Edelbrock stud kit EDL-6009 provides better rocker shaft retention and is highly recommended for use with Edelbrock FE heads. Heads have the 16-bolt 428 Cobra Jet exhaust flange bolt pattern.
