Extract maximum performance from your 2009-2023 Dodge Challenger or Dodge Charger 5.7L HEMI powered cars with these titanium ceramic BBK Performance full length headers. BBK full length headers will increase your exhaust flow providing additional horsepower and torque.

BBK full length HEMI muscle car headers are made from 1-3/4" CNC-machined mandrel bent tubing with 3/8" thick die-stamped flanges. The full length primary tube design creates unrestricted and balanced exhaust flow for ultimate horsepower gains. These headers are pressure tested to ensure leak free performance.

Instructions:
These BBK long tube headers are designed as a direct bolt on when used with a BBK Performance short mid pipe. The matching mid pipe is part number 40461 - This is a 3" Inch Mid pipe and can be used with an aftermarket 3" Inch Cat Back or the factory OE cat back exhaust that is 2-3/4" but a reducer will be required for proper installation.
