This Stage 2+ clutch will fit all 2010-2015 6.2 Chevy Camaro and will hold 715 lbft. of torque at the flywheel.
Stage Two Plus
These clutches are great for all moderately modified naturally aspirated and power adder engines making more torque than the Stage 2 can support. The Stage 2+ offers great daily drivability and very good wear characteristics, but provides a higher torque capacity while maintaining Stage 2 feel. The kit comes with a high clamp pressure plate, hybrid Kevlar and carbon-graphite friction material clutch disc with a high torque sprung hub and disc assembly with install tool. This applicaiton does not utilize a conventional throwout bearing, as the releaser is a concentric hydraulic slave/bearing assembly. This concentric slave is available as an option to the kit.
These units are direct replacement for the original recessed flywheel components. Use the non-2 part numbers for non-ratcheting, LS1/6 style replacements for the LS2/3/7. These kits increase friction surface diameter to 12 inches while reducing rotating mass by up to 36%. The flywheel package includes race bolt kit.
SPEC Stage 2+ Clutch Kit:
Features a multi-friction disc in a full faced configuration with carbon semi-metallic on one side and Kevlar on the other. Bridging the gap between stage 2 and stage 3, the 2+ offers drivability and engagement quality characteristic of the stage 2, but with a 15-20% higher torque capacity. The hub is double sprung with spring cover relieves for flexibility and heat treated components for strength and durability. Great for street, drag, autocross, road racing, pulling, rallye and drift.
