This BTR 5.3 MAX EFFORT hydraulic roller turbo cam has made upwards of 1650-1700 rwhp when ran in a stock block 5.3 running BTR boost ready 10.5-1 compression forged pistons, BTR prepped TFS 220 cylinder heads, BTR SK703 spring kit, Johnson ST2126LSR lifters and BTR shaft rocker arms. It has been proven to be one of the quickest and fastest stock block 1/8 mile combos in the world. Using a 98mm -102mm turbo, it has run as quick as 4.20s at over 170mph in the 1/8 mile.
