This BTR camshaft and valve train kit includes the well-known LT Truck 225 Camshaft and BTR 0.550 Lift Beehive Spring Kit. When used in L86 truck applications , the versatile BTR Gen V 225 camshaft provides excellent low and mid range torque along with exceptional power up to redline. Whether your truck is used for work, mild towing or as a weekend cruiser, this cam will provide great all around power along with a noticeable idle that grabs your attention.

*To maximize the performance of this camshaft, we recommend using VVT limiters or lockouts to disable the VVT function on your Gen V LT engine. This increases piston-to-valve clearance, allowing for longer camshaft durations than stock like this camshaft.
