BTR designed this valve spring kit for use in higher rpm combos ,especially for use with added cylinder pressures found in boosted applications. This kit was designed to help keep your valve train stable in the higher rpm ranges found in today's technically advanced valvetrain systems. Paired with light weight valvetrain components and the proper cam lobe design, we've run these past 9000 rpm in certain race applications. Spintron tested and run in some of the fastest hydraulic roller LS engines on the planet ,this kit has proven itself over and over again.
Note: Due to the higher open psi achieved at the recommended install height, this spring is not recommended for daily driving with stock rocker arms as rocker pad or valve tip wear may occur.
