PISTONS — These Wiseco pistons are designed by BTR to complement our BTR 4340 Forged 6.125" H-Beam rods. They are no-expense-spared pistons intended for serious racers and builders. They are packed with custom-level performance and durability features, and premium rings and pins are provided. They are -4CC Postive Dome design for 11.5:1 compression with stock cylinder head volumes & gaskets.
RODS — State of the art 4340 H-Beam Connecting Rod. They feature heat-treated, stress relieved and shot peened bodies. The C/L-C/L length is 6.125" with a 2.100 bearing housing and bronze bushed .9278" pin bore. The cap and rod are serialized at the parting line to ensure proper mating after disassembly. BTR inspects them for bearing housing dia. , pin bore dia. ,bend/twist and C/L length. They are pre-torqued with high pressure lube and 7/16-20 x 1.600" ARP 2000 bolts. Sets of 8 are matched within 2 grams overall. The rods weigh in at approx. 665 grams. Laser marked on the beam with the BTR logo, the rods are individually bagged (VCI) and sealed.
Note: Every set of eight is weight-matched within + or - 2 grams total, and sizes are held to +/- .0001″, the tightest tolerances you will find in the racing industry!
