Description

BTR camshafts are engineered for outstanding performance and drivability. Brian Tooley Racing provides a wide range of camshafts and configurations tailored for various truck and car applications. Whether your project involves turbocharged, supercharged, or naturally aspirated setups, BTR offers numerous grind options, all supported by years of expertise, knowledge, and a dedication to power.

The new BTR MEDIUM Twin Turbo cam was designed for use with twin 76-80 mm setups or up to a single 102mm turbo in 388-427 cubic inch combos. This cam is recommended for more serious street/strip type applications looking for maximum power and rpm , and offers an aggressive idle. This cam uses ultra stable lobes designed in house and Spintron tested for higher RPM potential, and was designed to be extremely durable at high rpm when combined with a lightweight valvetrain.

Notes: Due to higher rpm potential combined with greater cylinder pressure from boost we recommend the use of our SK703 spring kits, larger diameter hardened pushrods, and a quality lifter such as Johnson ST2116LSR or ST2126LSR.

*Custom tuning is required after installation. We offer remote tuning options see here or we recommend going to a local dyno shop near you for custom tuning.
