Description

The 315cc heads are AFR's largest and best flowing BBF heads! They feature 100% CNC ported intake, exhaust & chambers, A356 aluminum castings. These heads are best suited for large displacement high RPM Big Block Ford racing engines or radical "Pro Street" style builds. Machining options are available to customize AFR Heads to your specific build.

Due to AFR's revised valve location and angle, application specific AFR pistons or fly cutting your current pistons will be required.

Note: Head comes completely bare, no parts.

Information below is referring to fully assembled heads.
AFR's 315cc 14 degree aluminum cylinder heads have 2.300" intake valves and 1.760" exhaust valves that move tremendous volumes of air through conservative runner volumes, spelling big torque and horsepower numbers. With combustion chamber volumes of 75cc accompanied by 142cc exhaust ports (raised .250"), AFR's new 300cc is the ultimate choice for large displacement racing engines operating at high RPM. AFR's trademark 3/4" thick cylinder head deck makes them ideal for heavy nitrous or blower applications. These heads have the 1.550" OD Hydraulic Roller Valve Springs, .725" maximum lift for high RPM's.
