AFR 195cc LT4 Competition Eliminator SBC Aluminum Bare Cylinder Heads, No Parts

AFR's LT1/LT4 competition heads are designed for the Gen II reverse cooled SBC engine from 1992-1996. The competition package heads flow more air flow through the same size ports as the standard 195cc heads. They feature all the same benefits and quality components as AFR's Gen I SBC Heads in addition to dual pattern valve cover mounting holes as standard equipment. Not compatible with self-aligning rocker arms. Specify chamber size 55cc - 65cc. Machining options are available to customize AFR Heads to your specific build.

The AFR Emissions Legal (ARB only, 49 state legal, not California), 195cc intake port LT4 small block Chevy aluminum cylinder heads are available only in an LT4 angle plug version. These heads feature a 55cc to 65cc combustion chamber with a 64cc exhaust port and a 3/4" thick head deck (ideal for nitrous or blower applications). Standard valves are lightweight 8mm 2.080 intake and 1.600 exhaust with AFR’s hardened ductile iron interlocking valve seats. The exceptional flow characteristics, ideal operating range of 2500 rpm to 6500 rpm (higher rpm ranges possible depending on combination of parts), 23° valve angle, and standard valve spacing make this the perfect street head for 350 cid to 383 cid engines. Designed specifically for 1996 Corvettes or LT4 manifold users. No special parts are required, except for the LT4 intake manifold. Dual valve cover bolt pattern is standard.
The exhaust ports are raised .100" over a standard GM L-98 cylinder head.
